Their aim is to provide the best customer service in the industry, as well as an impressive and extensive portfolio of products.

Currently LWC Drinks employ over 500 people and they have 11 depots across the UK. Due to continued development within their organisation, there is now an opportunity to join their business as a Customer Services Assistant.

The Role

As the Customer Services Assistant, you will be managing the daily outgoing call schedule, attached to specific Account Managers areas. Other duties will include but may not be limited to:

  • Taking a high volume of incoming calls which will include, Customers weekly orders, customer queries, order processing (via Telephone and e-mail) and arranging deliveries.
  • Taking part in promotional drives (own brand and external brands), up selling on certain products as part of National promotions drives.
  • Reporting technical faults on behalf of the customer
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving the problem
  • Promoting the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products
  • Retaining strong relationships with account managers, helping them in acquire new business and assisting with their administration needs.
  • Building relationships with weekly telesales customers, being their regular point of contact
  • Assisting with basic administration tasks within the office, which will include confirming &  filing of delivery notes and daily banking.

The Candidate

The ideal Customer Service Assistant will be hard working and motivated with a proven track record in providing high levels of service. You will also need:


  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience at using Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
  • Knowledge/experience of the Drinks Industry would be an prefered but not essential
